Pilates is a series of nonimpact exercises to develop strength, flexibility, balance, and body awareness. It is for everyone at any level of fitness, helping you restore your core.

 

As an experienced physiotherapist of movement analysis and physical rehab, I am passionate that pilates is a perfect way to prevent and rehabilitate injuries and reduce postural imbalances.

 

Pilates requires a level of precision and body awareness that isn’t always easy to master. However, I pride myself on having the ability to adapt my teaching, so whatever you are striving to achieve I can help you become in tune with your body, creating a stronger you.  

 

As a working mother with two children, I understand the need for convenience to maintain a healthy lifestyle  which is why I provide a mobile pilates service teaching one-to-one or small private groups allowing you to be relaxed in your own environment. I also hold classes in Lewes.
