Victoria Stringer Chartered Physiotherapist and APPI Pilates Instructor

I graduated as a Chartered Physiotherapist from St Georges Medical University in London. Starting my career in the NHS, I gained valuable experience working across a range of specialist areas including orthopaedics, respiratory, paediatrics and neurology. I went onto specialise as a senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist.

As part of  my postgraduate training I became a qualified pilates instructor. After applying modified pilates exercises to clients rehabilitation programmes, I quickly started to see improved outcomes to their posture and strength. This is where my passion for physiotherapy-led pilates evolved.

Following maternity leave, I decided to bring together physiotherapy and pilates knowledge with the aim of establishing a fun and encouraging class aimed at helping people with musculoskeletal conditions. I have a strong ethos in educating clients about postural awareness, and helping them to develop a deeper understanding of their own bodies. I believe that by achieving this, clients also benefit outside of the class room and are able to transfer skills they’ve learnt, into their daily activities.

I am passionate about my work and committed to clients health and well-being. I enjoy treating clients of all levels and abilities whilst addressing their individual needs.
